Non-destructive Assessments:
Our assessments look for problems that can be seen from a visual inspection of your home. If desired, they can include inspections of attics, roofs and crawl spaces. Our assessment service does not look for maintenance issues that are inside walls, inside ceilings, under carpets or in similar locations that require demolition and repair or removal and reinstallation to make an assessment. If there is evidence that there is likely a problem inside a wall or some other area, we will inform you and schedule a special inspection.
While similar in some respects, our home maintenance assessments are not "home inspections" nor intended to be a substitute for home inspections.
